Refunds & Exchanges: We maintain a strict no refunds and no exchanges policy on all orders.

Alterations & Other Requests: Customers may request alterations or other modifications within 7 days of receiving their order. All alteration requests are subject to acceptance and availability. Please note that a fee of AED 50 will apply for any approved alteration.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are processed and delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of purchase. During Eid seasons or high-demand periods, delivery times may be delayed. Customers will be notified in advance regarding any expected delays.

Shipping Costs: All shipping fees, including any applicable customs duties or charges, are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier company.
